相关条规将会不时进行修订，并取决于与本计划相关的任何促销或广告中例明的规定或条件
These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials or advertisements in relation to this Programme.

见康社拥有条规的删增权，而毋须另行通知，并保留最终决定权
Health Junction reserve the right at its absolute discretion to jointly amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

如果相关条规的中文版和英文版之间存在任何不一致、冲突、歧义或差异，将以条规的中文版作准
In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

见康社拥有对本计划所有条规，包括参与者资格、运作和奖励方式的最终决定权，任何争议及形式的投诉将不受理
All of Health Junction’s decision on all matters including but not limited to the eligibility of the participants, mechanics and/or rewards for this Programme or in the event of any dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

见康社保留在无需事先通知的情况下取消、终止或暂停本计划的最终决定权。为避免任何争议，在取消、终止或暂停本计划后，任何一方皆无权针对此最终决定可能造成的损失或损害，向见康社提出任何索赔或赔偿
Health Junction reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Health Junction of this Programme shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Health Junction for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
